Clients:
You provide Name and address, email and phone details. Also any details of the venue address where your event is to take place.
Entertainers:
You provide Name and address, email and phone details and details of the service you provide.
What do we do with your information?
Clients:
Information regarding your event such as venue address, event times etc are used to check availability of suitable entertainers.
On confirmation of your booking, your contact details are supplied to your entertainer so they can contact you and your name, address, postcode are used on your contract.
If we are unable to provide a suitable entertainer, to help you find an entertainer, we may pass your contact details onto another reputable agent who may be able to provide an entertainer.
Your information is deleted from all unconfirmed booking enquiries. Information in confirmed bookings is stored for 6 years as required by HM Revenue & Customs.
Entertainers:
Information you provide in your account is used to check suitability for booking enquiries. On confirmation of booking, your contact details are supplied to the client and your name, address, postcode are used in the contract.

This website uses cookies to identify repeat visitors. We protect your privacy by only storing a simple ID number and token string that is only meaningful to this website.
