I am an entertainer with a wealth of experience, having performed with Big Bands and as a solo vocalist for over 35 years in clubs, hotels, on cruise ships, at weddings, dinner dances and parties. My passion and specialism is Rat Pack and Swing having discovered my love for this music at an early age through Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jnr. but my own special style and versatility means I sing from many genres and decades to meet the needs of my audience.
Has been singing professionally for 35 years either solo, duet or the lead singer for 16 piece swing bands. I have sung with the Glen Hurst Band an 18 piece professional swing band and the Swing Machine 16 piece band and I duet with a local professional pianist. My love of swing music influences my choice of bringing back the big band sounds, I also incorporate a selection of 50s 60s 70s 80s and some modern day music into my act, I can sing all styles of music to suit the audience which can be tailored to your specific needs.
I was lucky enough to be invited to record one of the backing songs for an advert for the 2012 London Olympics.
I have also performed at Ceroc and Jive events around various venues in the UK and abroad. I have performed at many venues including the Mercury Theatre in Colchester, Ipswich Regent, and hotels in East Anglia. I also entertain at weddings and special occasion parties. I have also toured the UK playing at theatres, clubs, hotels and holiday parks. I also have helped many charities at dinner dances to help them raise money for their causes.
The bigger the crowd the better I just love to entertain, I was born to make people smile. I sing with my heart and soul which people always comment on at my gigs.
