Pop Band #4243

Manchester based song writers with music inspired by pop and dance music of the 80s, with influences from Chic, Pink Floyd and Level 42 to name but a few!

Although their vocalist had always had an interest in music, she had never performed or written songs before. In fact her working life had been in IT.

The musician in the duo on the other hand, had many years of experience in the entertainment industry, having played in bands in the UK and abroad and as a DJ.

In 2019, about 4 months after their initial meeting, they thought about writing a song together. They'd met on an online dating site, so this was their inspiration and the song "Online" was the result. They enjoyed collaborating, writing the music and lyrics/vocals, and this spurred them on to write more songs.

Since then they've written and recorded other songs. Initially they only did this for their own enjoyment. However, they were encouraged to release the music into the big wide world. So In January 2020 they did just that, and the songs are now available for all to listen to.
