"Date - May 2025 Venue - Guildford manor hotel and spa From the outset, he was incredible. After sharing the ideas in my head, his honest reply was “that won’t really work”. And in that moment it’s what I needed to hear. His experience really showed when he explained the order of the day, how things would likely happen and where would be best for him to play. And most important why my ideas wouldn’t work well for the guests and the venue. Due to some road closures due to accidents, I had a call from him at 8:15 explaining the whole situation. The heartbreak in his voice really showed his passions and desire to play for us. Nevertheless Tony arrived well in time much to my happiness! He played for around 45 mins before the ceremony, after much confusion from the hotel, agreed to play the bridesmaids into the ceremony, played us out of the ceremony and one final time into our wedding breakfast. He was just perfect from start to finish. And to finish off, a whiskey toast at the breakfast which really was an experience to remember for me. Our guests constantly made comments about how amazing he was. Even some guests who were on the fence about bagpipes absolutely loved it. He was just amazing from start to finish. Once again, thank you for everything in the day. It was a bit stressful from the hotels side but that’s behind us now. I wish you the best for the future, and hope one day I can have the pleasure of hearing you play again! Thank you again, Rob and Emma"

However, after attending their wedding Fayre, I walked in and heard his playing the Piano, which happened to be one of my favourite Disney songs being played. It bought me to tears, and I knew in that moment it was a must have. We Booked him around 18 months prior to the wedding and communication was brilliant. He was happy to answer any questions and queries prior to the day and gave us opportunity to choose what we wanted for the ceremony and the music played before. All my guests were complimentary of him, and many of them cried some happy tears to the music being played. He really helped to set the scene for our wedding, and it was a beautiful touch to our day. "When we were looking for a Drag act to attend my wife's 60th Birthday event we had no idea how to do this. So we Googled it and fortunately, for us, Boogieland came up. I contacted them with our request and a couple of other agencies. I found that Boogieland responded swiftly and clearly and gave a selection of acts. Gus, I assume the owner of the agency, followed up well and made sure we had all we needed. But then stepped back to give us time to choose. Out of all the acts we had we went with this drag queen. Initially I thought that she was on the higher side of the price range, but my wife made the final decision and we went with her and boy am I pleased we did. Although she was more expensive, what we got was AMAZING value for money. On the day The drag queen and her partner turned up around 10:30/11am.. The function was about 2pm! When we got there around 1pm the room looked amazing as they had set up the sound system and lights and backdrop.. I had expected someone with a bit of a mic and speaker system not a whole music system and lighting the lot! Really professional and the guests arriving had NO IDEA what was about to happen as the drag queen was hidden from view. Seriously this was an absolutely amazing day and they were simply the best! “Tina Turner quote”... When you are shopping for an act for a party or other important event look at your budget but also look at what you are getting. You cannot go wrong with this drag queen.
